Requirements for NABTEB Common Entrance Examination

To apply for this admission, you must meet necessary requirements. Here they are:

  • A minimum of Junior Secondary School Certificate (JSSC) or equivalent, e g S.75.
  • Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or GCE (0/L).
  • Teachers’ Certificate Grade II (TCII)
  • Candidates with higher qualifications but who have interest in Technical Education may also apply.

How to Apply for NABTEB Common Entrance Examination into Federal/State Science and Technical Colleges.

Registration PINs are available upon cash payment of N 1,000 00 (One Thousand Naira Only) at Federal / State Science and Technical Colleges State Ministries of Education, State Science and Technical Schools’ Board, NABTEB Zonal Offices and NABTEB State Offices nationwide.

Steps to follow:

Note: Ensure that your passport is 160px by 200px and size is less than 30kb

  • Click on the ‘Apply‘ link
  • Input the PIN, and serial number gotten from the purchased scratch card
  • Fill in the form displayed and submit it.
  • Download and print the personal data form.
  • Submit the completed personal data form to the point you purchased the scratch card.

 When is the Registration closing?

The registration will be closing by April 22, 2019. This means you should make sure you apply before April 22, 2019.

What is the Mode of  the Examination and when will it hold?

The common entrance shall be in two forms. Here they are:

  • Paper I – Vocational Aptitude Test
  • Paper II – Vocational Preference Survey

The examination will hold on Saturday, 4th May, 2019. Make sure you are fully prepared for the examination.
