List them out in the order of their priority. This will tell how one is more important and necessary than the others. Set deadlines for what you want to do too. This will really increase pressure and the rate at which you are conscious of managing the time
Yeah! We are all humans. We may not keep to time we set for things. You can just set a reminder before each item is to begin and the deadline. This will give awareness even when it’s lost.
Set your expectations:
Since you have written down your to-do list, prioritized and set reminders. You should set expectations too, on what you want to do by the end of each day. This will help to mark if you’ve been successful with the time management
Review your progress as the day or week goes, depending on the way you write your to-do list. This will help you to know if you are really doing it right.
Don’t waste time on phone:
Phone can be addictive sometimes. Be disciplined enough to cut excesses so as not to waste the limited time you have on phone.

Making use of time management applications on your phone will also aid your time management. A good example of time management application is Toggl.

Procrastination is the thief of time. Don’t procrastinate any thing you have to do. Is it your school project? Do it on time. Is it an assignment? Endeavor to do it on time too.
Procrastinating things you are meant to do may lead to you not doing those things at all.
Face one thing at a time:
Learn how to face one task at a time. Multi tasking is no good, you can imagine trying to study and then getting to answer messages or check notification on social media. I can say your study may not be effective enough. Face a task at a time, get done with it, then move to another task.
Be ready to sacrifice:
You won’t always feel the zeal to keep up with time always. You just have to learn to do so. Be ready to sacrifice your leisure hours so you can have more time to study. Cut off friends that drain your time unnecessarily.
Relax and sleep:
You need much of sleep and rest. Don’t drain yourself stufyist hard without resting. Take a walk, listen to music, sleep. Always make sure you have a good number of hours of sleep daily. You need to be healthy to keep yourself up.
